Holly Willoughby has opened up about her relationship with crystals and the moon, and how she’s looked to these spiritual elements for comfort.
Since the release of her new book Reflections, the TV presenter has shared her newfound affection for spiritual healing.
Holly revealed that she meditates twice a day for 20 minutes each, is intrigued by the moon and crystals, and doesn’t care if people think it’s all a bit odd.

Speaking to You Magazine, Holly said: “There is an opinion of people who are into crystals or meditate– a definite sense of wackiness. But for me, it feels right.”
She revealed how she started looking into these lifestyle changes when she was in Australia filming I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!
She said: “I stumbled across all these different places that offered tarot readings and kinesiology [which explores how the body moves] and I thought, ‘I’m going to do everything and see what happens.’
“And there was – not an awakening, because when you say things like that people think you’re completely mad – but an opening up.
“When I came back I didn’t want it to be a holiday romance; I had scratched the surface of something I wanted to dig deeper into.
“I’d always enjoyed things like this, but life gets in the way and you don’t always have time. Now I wanted to continue.”
Holly even revealed in her new book that she has “such a deep connection” with the moon that her period has synced up to it.

Speaking of her “deep connection” with the moon, Holly writes: “I am drawn to it because it’s been seen as a feminine symbol for thousands of years by many people far wiser and more connected to the earth than me.”
She calls the moon her “anchor”and explains how she finds it “comforting.”
The presenter goes on to explain how she is able to “tap into” the moon’s “unique energy”, both mentally and physically.
She writes: “My menstrual cycle is synced with the full moon, which, as a woman, feels like old magic to me!
“I don’t know how it does it.”
